Make sure your configuration is such that it finds the 64-bit OCI.dll first
before it finds the 32-bit one.
The dll search order is generally:
- The current FDO provider dll directory (Server/Fdo)
- Any path on the PATH environment variable
- The path indicated by ORACLE_HOME (?)
