Try killing all the php-cgi.exe processes in the Task Manager. They may have
been leftovers from the 1.1 installation.

So I see many post about this problem but still I can not login to my
mapguide Site Administrator
(http://localhost:8008/mapguide/mapadmin/login.php)
login 'Administrator' and pass 'admin' isn't correct.
1. apache_2.0.59
2. php-5.2.3
3. MgServerSetup-1.2.0RC2
4. MgWebServerExtensionsSetup-1.2.0RC2
All Apache Mapguide services are runnig
I had 1.1.0 too :(
I restarted mapguide server service:(
I tryed "Administrator" and "administrator" :(
Can you help me?
Can it depends of apache or php version?

Bug MGOS.
Si se realizar una consulta desde una web al MapGuideServer, mientras tienes
abierto el MapGuideStudio (y estas guadando cambios) se puede corromper los
archivos del repositorio ( Server/Repositories/ ). En la pagina de Autodesk
recomiendan hacer backup del contenido de dicha carpeta. Si no hiciste
backup, tenes que reinstalar el MGOS y las extenciones. Tambien combiene
hacer packages de los archivos del Studio.

Recomendacion: Trabajar con la version MGOS 1.1 !!! (es muy estable)
